Job Description

Supplycart Sales team is on a mission to consult and work with small and large companies to adopt digital procurement solution which will revolutionise the way businesses source, manage and control how their business spends. We’re looking for individuals who are proactive, driven and love solving problems with solution based consulting and selling to clients.

What’s the opportunity?
We are looking for an experienced sales Consultant who are interested in providing a world-class digital procurement solution to large companies and enterprises. The Supplycart team, you will be joining a growing sales team that is focussed on delivering solutions and value to our clients. As part of the team, you can expect to work in an agile and inspiring working environment. In addition, you will receive the support of a committed,
experienced and highly skilled team which consists of diverse individuals from different backgrounds and experience in global consulting experience in startups, mnc and large organisations exposure.

What will I be doing?
  • Secure contracts for cloud SAAS products over the phone and email to customers in Malaysia
  • Perform outbound cold-calling to introduce Supplycart solutions to clients over the phone.
  • Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
  • Build up a pipeline of B2B customers via appointment setting and live demos.
  • Maintain the interest of pipeline of B2B customers.
  • Assesses competitors by analysing and summarising competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; preparing quotations.
  • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes department and organisation goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Create automated workflows on Hubspot to help nurturing leads and convert them to customers
  • Follow up with respondents who are enrolled into workflows
  • Proactive knowledge transfer, product communication and training.
  • Future cross-border opportunity development

Job Requirements

Our ideal person....
Would act as the first contact for many prospects in Supplycart. Who is able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Supplycart products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Accounting & ERP systems a plus but not necessary. Professional demeanour. 

What skills do I need?
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record selling B2B ideally experience in selling the value of enterprise cloud or saas solutions
  • Strong and demonstrable track record of success
  • Experience in fast-growth companies
  • Solution selling experience within a complex multi-stakeholder environment
  • Have a proactive mentality with an ability to research and gain access at the executive level
  • A curious person who loves to investigate, research, and find the why behind the question
  • Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, supply chain management, procurement or consulting is an added bonus
  • Follow sales process including in Hubspot to track, monitor and measure pipeline and progress of prospects and clients
  • Conduct research on companies, market and industry trends
