Job Description
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Assist in the end to end process of customer orders and training suppliers to use our website.
- Involved in data entry and conducting surveys with customers.
- Analyse new ways to improve and streamline current processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist in implementing growth experiments.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise.
