Job Description
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Bring an amazing experience to customers ordering from us
- Be responsible for analyzing and gathering operational data to uncover new ways of delivering a better customer experience
- Take ownership of product consulting, explanation and processing of all orders from buyers
- Be the bridge in between Supply Bunny suppliers and buyers by responding to and promptly resolve their inquiries
- Collaborating with tech, marketing, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues
- Responsible for owning all customer service related SOPs.
Job Requirements
You are:
- Performance metrics driven – You understand “if you can’t track it, it didn’t happen”. You know how to measure and present your work.
- Action driven – You understand “imperfect today beats perfect tomorrow”. You know which steps to take first.
