Job Description
- Be part of the operations team and handle product listing, customer retention and customer happiness
- Bring an amazing experience to customers ordering from us
- Be responsible for analyzing and gathering operational data to uncover new ways of delivering better customer experience
- Be responsible for ensuring all products from our suppliers are carefully and accurately listed on our website in order for customers to easily purchase products
- Collaborating with tech, marketing and operations teams to troubleshoot issues
- Understand customers issues/problems and propose solutions using Supplybunny services
- Explore and analyse new ways to increase customer stickiness and loyalty
- Be responsible for updating and reporting to your manager on a weekly basis
Job Requirements
- Performance metrics driven – You understand “if you can’t track it, it didn’t happen”. You know how to measure and present your work.
- Action driven – You understand “imperfect today beats perfect tomorrow”. You know which steps to take first.
