We help food suppliers (fresh and frozen) to sell on Lazada/Shopee and more.
E-commerce is the fastest growing sector in all of Malaysia
It's also the only sector that young fresh graduates can compete on equal footing with others! In fact, being young is a huge advantage because you understand social media, shopping online, getting promo codes, earning coins and MORE!
You will learn how to take orders, handle logistics, participate in campaigns and if you perform well, we have bonus projects like working with influencers, doing campaigns and more!
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Store setup - on Shopee / Lazada / Grab / Supplybunny / Airasia / Presto / Lambo and more
- SKU setup - images edit and SKU title upload to all platforms
- Competitive analysis on our top SKU vs Competitors
- Campaigns - weekly joining campaigns in all platforms
- Order management - daily compilation of orders from all platforms to coordinate between our logistics and suppliers
- Customer management - daily chat on all platforms and resolve customer complaints
- Monthly update to suppliers
