Job Description
We help food suppliers (fresh and frozen) to sell on Lazada/Shopee and more.
For day-to-day this job is about working with our suppliers to improve their performance on platforms.
1. Store setup - on Shopee / Lazada / Grab / Supplybunny / Airasia / Presto / Lambo and more
2. SKU setup - images edit and SKU title upload to all platforms
3. Competitive analysis on our top SKU vs Competitors
4. Campaigns - weekly joining campaigns in all platforms
5. Order management - daily compilation of orders from all platforms to coordinate between our logistics and suppliers (7 days a week)
6. Customer management - daily chat on all platforms and resolve customer complaints (7 days a week)
7. Monthly update to suppliers

Job Requirements
Required:
- Experience with FULL 100% REMOTE WORKING
- Experience with TASK ORIENTED monitoring not time oriented (there are no office hours)
- Must have a functional laptop and fast internet.
Bonus:
- At least min 1 to 2 years experience in category work.
- Preferably experience at online platforms for groceries category
- Those with grocery sellers contacts has added advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
