Job Description
- Work closely with Head of Experience Designer and other team members across multiple functions including graphic designer, props designer, engineer, and marketing to brainstorm and create content that is on-design and on-concept to bring the new experience to life
- Ability to create a new and interesting storyline
- Ability to design new puzzles with different difficulties
- Ability to design new immersive experiences for events with companies such as TGV, Petrosains Great Eastern, Sony and etc.
- Ability to convey game mechanics and concepts precisely through sketches, 3D, and documentation/presentation
- Write or update the specifications and design details that fit the vision and quality of the immersive experience
- Assist franchise manager in dealing with overseas outlets for puzzle related matters
- Proactively improve the design process including the ideation or creation of design tool
- Initiate testing, collect customer’s behaviour, analyse data, apply improvement if needed
- Manage multiple tasks and projects, switching focus and priorities to respond to business needs
- Be ready for the unexpected, have fun every day, and play lots of games!
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Art/Game Design/Interior Design or any related field
- Experience in game designing is not required, but passion for learning and exploring new experiences or games is a must
- Create new storylines, experiences, puzzles, and different unique concept
- Documents all the work
- Ability to sketch and 3D design to illustrate your unique idea
- Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet given deadlines
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Creative in problem-solving
- Good command in English and communication skill
- Good understanding of tasks given
- Engaging personality, great sense of humor, willingness to have fun!
- Proficient in Sketchup, Maya, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, or equivalent will be a plus point
- Electronic knowledge and ability to write coding will be a plus point
- Movie and Game lover
