Job Description

• Present, promote and sell Sunago Education’s products & services to schools, institutions, and companies. 
• Achieve the monthly sales KPIs set. 
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold-calling, cold-emailing, and on-site sales, and networking events. 
• Update and maintain sales and lead management details on the Company’s CRM. 
• Assist in the planning, strategy, documentation and execution of all sales and marketing initiatives. 
• Conduct market research and assist in the identification of emerging markets, market shifts and competition status. 
• Assist in the development of innovative marketing content to boost the Company’s branding. 
• Participate on behalf of Sunago Education in exhibitions or conferences. 
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with good after-sales customer support. 
• Coordinate and collaborate with other divisions of the company to package Sunago Education’s services to meet the needs of prospective clients. 
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, market analysis reports and other relevant reports necessary for the benefit of the sales and marketing team. 
• Manage the planning, strategy, execution, and monitoring of all sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage recruitment, coaching and sales performance monitoring of internal sales and marketing team. 
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team. 

Job Requirements

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 
• Possess a wide network of contacts in leadership or HR positions in education or corporate sectors. 
• Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. 
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. 
• Excellent English language proficiency; good proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus. 
• Profound leadership skills with a sense of ownership and pride in performance. 
• At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing/Sales Executive. 
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing marketing/sales strategies. 
• At least 2 years of hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics.
