Job Description

• Manage vendor relationships with target recruitment sources, external search firms, professional bodies, internet providers and relevant agencies. 
• To be involved in promotional activities like participating in exhibitions of recruitment businesses. 
• To prepare manpower statistics and relevant reports and track, monitor and analyze monthly/yearly attrition. 
• To develop strategies and plans to build up talent pool for the Company. 
• To examine and review work processes for better effectiveness and efficiency. 
• To prepare all management meetings reports on recruitment & planning section’s activities 
• To plan and execute recruitment activities based on periodical plan and ad-hoc basis 
• To assess candidates’ suitability and provide recommendations to hiring managers 
• To ensure internal customer’s request on recruitment matters are met 
• To prepare accurate recruitment activities’ reporting

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 
2. At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.  
3. Has done mass hiring eg 200 headcounts per annum.
4. Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations and benefits schemes. 
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
6. Familiar with professional LinkedIn recruitment, campus recruitment, graduate programs, employer branding, etc
7. Building effective teams; Prior working experience in a shared service centre
