Job Description

• Implement, manage and coordinate daily operations site support
• Guarantee availability of all telecom services and LAN/WAN system
• Maintain IT-documentation of network diagrams, configs and procedures
• Provide 1st level support for network, server, client and telecommunication.
• Coordinate with regional support teams for 2nd and 3rd level IT support
• IT Asset Management
• Perform fault finding, trouble shooting and all aspects of network and core systems infrastructure
• Manage or participate in projects for IT process improvement
• Any ad-hoc duties when assigned
  
  

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Computing or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure support environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows OS, desktop, notebook devices and HP/Dell server
• Familiar with network technologies and knowledge of VMWARE and Visual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Proven team building ability as well as good communication and problem solving skills
• Abilities to prioritize multiple tasks and able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and within constraints
• Working experience in Call Center environment is preferred
