Job Description

• Responsible for KCC Sudong’s claim in the CONCUR system (by verifying and checking of original receipts to ensure all the submission is in accordance with the company policy and HR handbook) before send for payment’s approval. Resolve discrepancies of policy or procedure for items submitted for payment.
•  Assist with monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. Responsible for monthly journal entries are keyed into the SAP system. Collaborate with finance executive and prepare financial statements on a monthly basis.
• Responsible for the input of financial transactions – i.e. invoices, GRS/SE into the SAP System. Ensure the accuracy of all invoices and expense reports submitted for payment. Key into SAP for GRS/SE creation before send to AP. After approval, scan copy and send to BPO – AP for payment processing.
• Monitor timely payments to vendors, insurers, contractors and others in accordance with the budgeted forecasts and ensure the accuracy of calculation of monthly fixed expenses and other variables expenses such as rental, electricity, maintenance, insurance premiums, and etc.
•  Preparation of cash books, bank reconciliation and reconciliation of key ledger accounts.
•  Ensuring that all cash inflows and cash outflow recorded and variances if any, are reported appropriately and immediately, ensuring preparation of daily banking report.
• Administer all accounting functions for acquisition and integration of processes
•  Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Liaise with vendor, internal and external auditors and resolve their queries.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
