Customer Service Officer (6-months contract)

About The Job

  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations
  • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure it is closed to satisfaction
  • Work closely with team members and team leaders at all times to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Escalate any unresolved issues/complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as required
  • Identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader
  • May need to do cross selling & education on Singtel products & services
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader/operations manager

Job Requirements

  • At least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field
  • With or without relevant working experience will be considered
  • Customer orientated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about customer service
  • Effective team player with pleasant disposition and personality
  • Candidates who can speak Mandarin would have advantages
  • Must be able to work on shift, weekends & Public Holidays
