About The Job

Key Responsibilities 
  • Assisting incoming calls and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers’ expectations.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues/complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Proactively identify services and procedural which require improvement and make recommendations to the team leader in order to achieve team efficiency.
  • Perform cross selling & education on company products & services
  •  Able to work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by team leader or direct superior.

Job Requirements

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Good business speaking English is pre-requisite. Able to converse in Mandarin would be added advantage
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Good leadership qualities with supervisory experience.
  • Portrait excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Capable to coordinate across functions and groups.
  • Based in Melaka
