Job Description

• New member and customers' account opening and registration
• To provide customer service to the existing customers' account
• Attending, handling and resolving customers' complaint and enquiry
• Update customers' account information and renewal
• Product ordering and processing
• Handle daily Pick & Pay sales transactions 
• Stock display, barcode, ensuring pricing is correct
• Count stock and sales collection at the beginning and end of shift to ensure stock quantity and amount is correct
• To issue stock requisition to the warehouse/store for stock replenishment at Pick & Pay
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level 
• Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus
• Able to multitask and passionate about exploring other cultures
• Good work ethic, creative and able to work both individually and in a team
• Experience in Direct Selling Company would be advantage
• Working hour 10am-7pm (Including 1hr for lunch)
