You are in charge of everything post purchase, growing the community to be extend customer lifetime value. Everything is strategic, everything is intentional. Everybody works closely as a team.

Your main role includes:
· Community management: Recruit & engage with community on FB like a personal friend group chat
· Handling customer inquiries via customer service platform

· The defense role: Communication strategy during crisis management

· The attack role: Working on ways to surprise customers periodically

· Warranty queries, and work to please the customers (turning frowns upside down)

· Operational support role on for stock management and fulfilment

· Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.

· Collect data, analyse and report for product/service improvement monthly
