Job Description
- Receiving calls and emails from customers and clients, e.g. queries, requests, orders and complaints
- Replying enquiries from the social media platform
- Managing the daily running of the call center, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations
- Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
- Advising clients on products and services available
- Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance
- Schedule treatment appointments on customers' behalf
- Address clients' feedbacks efficiently
- Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention
- Handle and resolve more complex customers’ complaints and technical issues
Job Requirements
