About The Job

You will be responsible for setting up, implementing and maintaining digital marketing strategies across all digital channels (mainly Facebook & Instagram) for the company to generate e-commerce sales and optimize the overall ROI.
  • Plan, setup, and execute Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
  • Day-to-day Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns monitoring, tracking, reporting, and optimization
  • Write compelling product video ad copies, product descriptions and marketing emails
  • Implement A/B testing on ad copies, audiences, images, videos, and funnels to improve ecommerce conversion rate
  • Maintain the highest level of knowledge and understanding of Facebook’s ad ecosystem by staying informed of changes in the ad auction, ad formats, campaign objectives, and bid strategies
  • Design email marketing campaigns that are aligned to customer segments, and ensures email content is aligned to appropriate stages in the buyer’s journey
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with scheduled posts and updates
  • Provide creative ideas for product and video marketing
  • Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies

Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Facebook media planning, buying, and analysis with budgets exceeding 5-6 figures annually - ideally, with Facebook campaigns
  • Demonstrated history of achieving high ROIs on Facebook ad campaigns
  • A comprehensive understanding of Facebook’s ad auction, general advertising ecosystem, best practices, bid and optimization strategies, and campaign objectives
  • At least 2-3 years of digital marketing/advertising experience
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Viral marketing and email marketing experience is a plus
  • Excellent proficiency in the English language
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce, social media, and media buying
  • Self-starter that shows strong initiative and passion for digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to think outside of the box and be creative
