Job Description

You will be trained to address every possible situation a customer may face issues with, and you will have to ensure top notch customer satisfaction that will result in excellent word of mouth  recommendations. Your duties include : 

  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topic.
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions 
  • Manage the live chat enquiries. 

Job Requirements

Ability to write and converse in Mandarin is a must.
