Job Description

• Have a logical and mathematical mind - you enjoy creating and managing budgets, and making sure they are on track. 
• Be a natural organiser - you can bring complex projects together and ensure they stay on track. You enjoy creating proposals, coordinating schedules and planning logistics. 
• Be an excellent communicator - you are a social and outgoing person who is confident at communicating with clients whether written or verbally and have strong listening skills. 
• Have a curious mind and a creative streak - being in our industry its all about the idea. You'll need to be able to understand the reasons behind our creative content and be able to communicate this to others. You understand terms like: target audience, pain points, key message, tone of voice. 

• Apply your marketing knowledge to create concepts/ proposals/ storyboards
• Receive enquiries, quote, create proposals, pitch to clients
• Travel to locations for filming shoots
• Organise production schedules/ budget/ shot lists
• Assisting the Director in producing media content 
• Calling, meeting, pitching to clients 
• Reading, researching and assessing ideas and finished scripts 
• Controlling the budget and allocating resources 
• Supervising the progress of the project from pre-production to post-production

Job Requirements

• A recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in communications/ media/ journalism or similar
• Fluent in the English language both written and verbal
• Confident at communicating with others 
• A working visa
• Able to use Microsoft Office, Google Sheets/ Docs
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the media industry
• Be digitally savvy and have interest in Advertising/ Media Industry
• Able to work in a small team with a fast-pace working environment
