Job Description
To be in-charge of handling 2 departments which are Warehouse & Logistic department, assisted by another person in-charge of the respective department.
Warehouse department
1. Closely monitor and operate Warehouse Management System (WMS) (Training will be provided)
2. Be responsible of the warehouse inventory
3. Coordinate Purchasing Orders (PO), Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) with company’s purchasers and ensure storage space in the warehouse for all in-bound of stocks.
4. Coordinate with company’s 3PL partners and internal logistic team on all out-bound deliveries to ensure deliveries are accurately allocated and items are being pick up within the timeframe set.
5. Coordinate with suppliers and merchandizers related to all Goods Return assist.
6. Maintain 99% of accuracy and efficiency by ensuring there are no mistakes in each courier box.
7. Be responsible in any other wear & tear issue and maintenance work related to warehouse building.
8. To have a valid driving license and able to operate warehouse tool such as fork lift and reach truck. (training will be provided)
Logistic Department
Logistic Department
1. Delicate daily internal and external deliveries base on SOP to respective delivery drivers.
2. Coordinate and allocate urgent deliveries to logistic drivers.
3. Closely communicate with admin department on all related paper work.
4. Ensure the amount of payment collected by logistic driver is accurate and to pass to Account Department on the same day.
5. Allocate manpower, job, and task whenever necessary within department of logistics and warehouse.
6. Update delivery status of all deliveries on a daily basis.
7. Maintain accuracy and efficiency of all deliveries by ensuring all deliveries are within timeframe set and delivery quantity are 100% accurate.
Job Requirements
1. Preferably of at least 3 years of working experience specifically in Supply Chain of FMCG industry
2. Language proficiency – Mandarin, Malay, English
3. Computer Literacy – Online, Microsoft Office, WMS
