Job Description
Leadership Skills:
- To lead the team, motivate them to drive store productivity and excellence service quality
- To develop and provide coaching to the team on the day-to-day activities
- To act as the key member of the management team, to lead and motivate staff by being a role model and setting an exceptional example to all staff
- With all the above, remember to always stay positive with a smile on your face
Operational:
- To ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively align with the brand’s standard
- To maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop
- To monitor the inventory and keep the stock level at optimum
- Multi tasked- to have the ability to priorities and juggle a number of tasks at once
Sales:
- To analyze sales figure, forecasting future sales and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
- To report the relevant business information to the Operations Director and propose solutions
- To maintain awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and prone to market changes
- Result Focused: to have a strong sales focus and proven results in the following areas:
- Sales & KPI performance
- Inventory management and loss prevention
Customer Service:
- To ensure excellent customer service and seek to ensure you provide every customer with a smile
- Can handle well in customer service and able to commence product knowledge well to customers
Job Requirements
- College diploma in Nutritional Studies preferable with 3 years and above of retail experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Presentable, independent, customer oriented and strong business sense
