As a Project Manager you prepare requirements and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project shareholders. The work is challenging and always on the bleeding edge. You must possess excellent time management skills and a collaborative work ethic to succeed. 

You don’t need to be an expert or know everything about our industry (even we don’t!). But the work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. So, we’re looking for someone with a curious mind, a strong drive to make things happen, and a passion to keep improving yourself.

Job Requirements

What you will do:
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for effective execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders and report/escalate to management as needed.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

What you will need:
  • 2~5 years work experience as a project manager.
  • Excellent client facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, enough to create reports and present dashboards to project stakeholders.
  • Scrappiness and a willingness to do what is needed to get things done.
  • Team player that enjoys working in a energetic, fun environment.
  • Complete understanding of project management fundamentals, risk management and effective action-oriented meeting facilitation.
