Job Description

• Collaborate with the Product & Engineering team to successfully take products from development to launch and incorporate metrics for continued success; make sure our users can make the most out of our product updates
• Collect feedback from existing customers; strengthen product feedback and iteration loops to help better strategize future product roadmap based on prioritization
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enable the product and engineering organization to make insightful product decisions
• Maintain regular communications of the product roadmap with key stakeholders throughout the organization
• Be the connective tissue between the Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care team to understand cross-functional dependencies, knowledge gaps, and identify opportunities
• Oversee and optimize the product development process by collecting and analyzing problems
• Work out with the Team on the project plans/ schedules/timeline to ensure all the projects are delivered on-time

Job Requirements

• 2+ years applicable experience working with analytics, operations, and projects or within the Product Team in a startup or similar style environment (preferably a SaaS product)
• BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, related field, or equivalent experience
• An approach to business needs with a blend of analytics, user empathy, and intuition.
• Problem solving with a track record of executing projects that are impactful and sustainable.
• A strategic mindset that can glean insights from data.
• An innate drive to learn and be curious, with the desire to deeply understand the root cause of problems
• Excellent emotional intelligence, patience and active listening skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills; proven ability to multitask and manage multiple moving pieces at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
• A track record of being a team player and leader with strong interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience with Pendo, SQL, Redshift, and Tableau (or similar technologies) is a nice have
