As a Product Operations Project Manager, you will improve listening posts for both product users and the front-line teams who frequently interact with those users (i.e. Sales, Success, and Support) to ensure each has a voice in the product development cycle. StoreHub works with thousands of businesses around Southeast Asia and this role will require someone to be on the pulse of the market’s needs. The work is challenging, fast paced, and always on the bleeding edge. You have strong analytical skills, an unwavering commitment to quality, a collaborative work ethic, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements
What you will do:
- Collaborate with the Product & Engineering team to successfully take products from development to launch and incorporate metrics for continued success; make sure our users can make the most out of our product updates
- Collect feedback from existing customers; strengthen product feedback and iteration loops to help better strategize future product roadmap based on prioritization
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to enable the product and engineering organization to make insightful product decisions
- Maintain regular communications of the product roadmap with key stakeholders throughout the organization
- Be the connective tissue between the Product & Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care team to understand cross-functional dependencies, knowledge gaps, and identify opportunities
- Oversee and optimize the product development process by collecting and analyzing problems
- Work out with the Team on the project plans/ schedules/timeline to ensure all the projects are delivered on-time
