About The Job

As a member of an innovative, motivated and talented team, you will support the setup, improvement and streamlining of StoreHub’s Operations, SOPs, and team structures in order to drive our growth in Southeast Asia. Our next Operations Executive has a passion for taking on challenges in a fast-paced environment.

As an Operations Executive, you will be supporting the Operations Team on various high priority projects and initiatives. You will also help with the development and improvement of operational policies across all departments within the company, focusing on efficiency and scalability.

What you will do:
  • Develop and implement operational policies and processes to ensure scalability and effectiveness in the following areas:
    • Team and department performance
    • Growth and expansion projects
  • Assist in auditing and improving process flows
  • Monitor and run reports on performance metrics
  • Suggesting and driving performance improvement measures
  • Identify and address general problems and opportunities
  • Develop and execute action plans to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Monitor performance of alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Support Operations Manager to implement company standards of procedure
  • Supporting on ad-hoc, high priority projects and driving results where necessary
  • Work with and report results to senior stakeholders

Job Requirements

What you will need:
  • 1-2 years experience as an Operations Executive 
  • Organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Passion for process improvement and proven experience in implementing/streamlining internal processes
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Lots of self-drive with a motivation and desire to succeed
  • A BIG passion for helping small businesses
  • People-Loving/People-Serving Attitude
  • Strong conversational and rapport-building skills
