1. Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
2. Manage Facebook/Linkedin ads and set up lead generation, messenger ads, engagement ads, etc
3. Reports progress to senior marketing management
4. Grows and expands client social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram
5. Research and monitors activity of client competitors
6. Create and distributes engaging written or graphic content in the form of e-newsletters, web page and blog content, or social media messages
7. Carry out and perform SEO/SEM tasks, manage SEO/SEM campaigns
8. Usage of various SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Moz, Majestic, Ahrefs, etc.
9. Create, analyze and interpret SEO reports using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
10. Perform keyword research, link building strategies, on-page & off-page optimization
11. Analyzing and optimizing PPC campaigns
12. Content management and curation for the company's blog and projects
13. Creative writing for social media purposes
14. Update Google worksheet daily
15. Report and update on daily basis
16. Carry out ad hoc writing work for the articles on our blog along with office documents.
17. Write content for clients' website pages
18. Work together with other bloggers and writers to get better content for our site

Job Requirements

- Required language(s): English
- Prefer some working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Prefer candidates with agency experience)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Facebook ads
- SEO (Basic on-page optimization)
- Google ads (SEM, GDN, YT)
- Acquisition funnels
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- Landing page builders (Unbounce, Instapage, or an equivalent tool)
- Ability to segment audiences and build campaigns to reach customers at various stages of the conversion funnel
- Ability to create reports from multiple sets of data
- Excellent proficiency in the English language with a keen eye for grammatical errors and typos
- Experience managing analytics tools & expertise in manipulating data sets - proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must
- Ability to write direct-response advertising copy for Facebook & Google
- Excellent interpersonal skills: This role will require managing multiple stakeholders and working cross-functionally
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Should have high levels of integrity, autonomy, self-motivation.
- Google, Facebook, Twitter or any other advertising tool certifications are a plus
