Job Description
We are looking for an artful Interior designer to undertake a variety of space designing projects specialises in lifestyle accommodation. You will deal with design from conceptual development and liaising with the stakeholders to managing and executing the design.
The goal is to design practical spaces but yet visually pleasing.

- Undertake design project from concept to completion including permanent fitting details to soft-furnishing elements
- Define project requirements and schedule during the brief
- Produce sketches, drawings and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Set costs and project fees according to budget
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Create ideas and mood board to communicate with clients
- Supervise work progress
- Work closely with business development, decorators and constructors
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practises
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
- Proven working 1 to 2 years experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Obtained Driver License
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, furniture and all installations
- Proficient in AutoCAD. Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge on SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Pro-active entrepreneurial attitude
- Possess own transport
- Basic remuneration and profit-sharing reward.
