Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Relations and Admin Officer to provide high-quality service to our homestay customers. You will address complaints and go the extra mile to make sure our guests are satisfied.
 
In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can stay positive when facing difficult situations. You should also be reliable and customer-oriented, as you’ll serve as a primary point of contact for our customers.
 
Your goal will be to ensure our guests enjoy themselves and plan to come back to our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • To assist guests check-in and check-out procedures
  • Attend to guests inquiries, anticipate guest needs and build rapport with guests.
  • Troubleshooting and solving problems or guest complaints in the most efficient way to ensure guests are happy and receiving a great service
  • Remotely coordinating cleaning staff and contractors as they perform their tasks on a daily basis
  • Scheduling laundry, cleaning services, inventories of amenities, linen and check-ins on daily basis.
  • Being responsible for making sure our homes are taken great care of and everything runs smoothly as it should, whilst you are on duty 
  • Other ad-hoc matters given by superiors

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience (1-2 years minimum) working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English & Chinese, over messages and on the phone
  • A customer-oriented and professional attitude
  • Detail-oriented individual with a strong focus on quality 
  • An outgoing personality
  • Fast problem solver
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Diploma or BSc/BA in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
