We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers.
Internal Communication (Publish Announcement, track & follow-up action items)
Phone Calls, Face-to-face & Social Media Communication (In-bound, Out-bound, Enquiries & Follow-up)
Public Relations, Promotional and Marketing contents & materials Management (Draft, Create, Copywriting, Edit, Translate, Publish & Disseminate)
External Engagements (Liaison with relevant external organisations, local authorities & media network)
Document Management and Maintenance
Special Assignments & Ad-hoc Duties (Research)

Experience professional Corporate Life and learn about Modern Management Skills

Job Requirements

Positive Minded, Highly organized, efficient, self-motivated, professional, multi-tasker, perfectionist, thrive within demanding, deadline-intensive environments independently without any supervision.
Strong command of English, Malay & Mandarin (Verbal & Written)
Like to learn new things, love technologies, possess excellent communication and human interface skills, cheerful, sociable and likes to meet people.
Diploma @ Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication / Corporate Communications / Public Relations / Journalism / Language Studies / Media & Creative Studies / Psychology / Marketing.
NO experience required, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
