Job Description

• To provide support to reporting managers on the day to day and monthly activities of all financial information requirements related to GL function.
• To monitor and review all GL data posted in the SAP system, on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Preparing the staff advance report & monitoring on the receipts submission
• Maintaining and monitoring any payment through petty cash transaction
• Preparing the report & assisting on the cash reimbursement on monthly basis (MYR & USD)
• To perform the reconciliation of vendors SOA & our record in SAP system on monthly basis
• Liaising with vendors & operation team on any issue on urgent basis
• Preparation and posting (SAP system) for the monthly GL reports and  monthly MA & MIS reports and strict adherence to the dateline set as per the management and holding company requirements.
• Be responsible for managing day-to-day & monthly  workload, through the timely and accurate completion
• To assist any financial queries related to GL from internal departments (BA,OA,IT,HR,etc) , external vendors and HQ in India.
• To ensure the accounting reports are maintained as per the MGAAP & USGAAP standards.
• Assist/support in any matters related/ad-hoc to accounting including daily operation, finalization of the reports and statutory compliance and etc, as when as required by superiors or managements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance /Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g. LCCI,ACCA, CPA, CIMA,etc).
• Strong knowledge in accounting, reporting , tax, audit ,operations, etc
• Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office– especially in Excel-pivot table, vlookup,etc
• Knowledge in SAP will be added advantage,
• Applicants must be willing to work in Uptown Damansara
