Job Description

• Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
• Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more—is the standard in the industry and most employers expect designers to be proficient with its programs.
• Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
• Plans concept by studying information and materials.
• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Produce drafts for review by clients and make revisions based on the feedback received.
• Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications
• Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Write creative and different styles of content for online and offline mediums including social media campaigns and websites
• Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels
• Plan and write creative content on a frequent and regular basis for all social media platforms
• Working closely with subject matter experts and customers to develop compelling messages and content that enhance our brand voice and connects us to both current and potential customers
• Identify trends and insight, optimize ads settings and performance based on insight
• Collaborate with internal teams to create leads, landing sites, digital journeys and optimize user experience 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent in graphic design, industrial design, or interior design, or equivalent experience
• To have 3D Motion graphic skill is a plus
• At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required 
• Interpersonal / communication skills
• Design-thinking capacity
• Detail-oriented
• Applicants must be willing to work in Sri Hartamas. 
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud eg Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign 
• Candidates must be creative, resourceful and willing to take challenges.
