Job Description
- Partnering with manager to determine staffing needs
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- administering appropriate company assessments
- Performing reference and background checks
- Making recommendation to company manager/ HOD
- Coordinating interview with Manager / HOD
- Following up on the interview process status
- Maintaining relationship with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
- Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regrading employment practices.
- Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Completing timely reports on employment activity
- Conducting exit interview on terminating employees
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as this position requires to deal with mandarin speaking candidates.
- Required language(s); Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position
- Preferably Senior Executive specialize in Human Resources or equivalent
