Job Description

  • You will participate and assist in the identification and resolution of issues related to software. This includes scheduling and releasing fixes for the client.
  • You will need to initiate a meaningful conversation with end users to gather information.
  • Involve in sharing session to boost team knowledge and troubleshooting skills
  • Collaborate with other team members to apply new ideas, practices and tools to improve the team’s effectiveness
  • To manage end-to-end application life cycle
  • To manage support tickets according to the predefined SLA
  • To identify and troubleshoot bugs in existing software, design and release fixes.
  • To create troubleshooting documentation and training guides for clients and in-house.
  • Suggest product improvements that can minimize cost of support.


Job Requirements

  • Strong debugging and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Works as a team and enjoy working with people.
  • Detailed-orientated
  • Strong time management skill with the ability to adhere strictly to deadlines
  • Knowledge of client/server application development, Database and MS Office products is added advantage.
