About The Job

-Set short- and long-term sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
-Maintain sales costs within an agreed percentage of the target identified and works to meet quotas or sales team goals.
-Increase sales in VoIP and SMS usage in the region.
-Handling with clients and recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
-Track sales growth and provide frequent updates to the Company as needed or requested.
-Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
-Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
-Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels.
-Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
-Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
-Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives.

Job Requirements

Demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
