Job Description

• Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
• Own all hr operations processes including payroll, performance review, compensation reviews and planning, benefits administration, legal and regulatory compliance.
• Define and implement strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent across the organization with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
• Research and leverage HR best practices to drive business results.
• Drive succession planning, performance management programs and employee engagement programs.
• Leverage data and analytics to provide insights that guide decision making and provide proactive HR solutions.
• Champion company culture and values while partnering with our management to help them build and develop the organization.
• Coach and develop the HR & Admin team.
• Oversee the building management, workplace, safety & security to ensure that employees are provided with a healthy and conducive working environment.

Job Requirements

• Degree in human resource management or any other related fields
• 8+ years working experience in HR management with proven track record
• Strong knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, IR Act and other related legislation
• Good in negotiation, problem solving and can communicate well with all levels of people
• Good command of language in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
