Job Description

• Identify and develop business opportunities for the Company’s objectives.
• Create and implement business development plans in line with the Group’s goal.
• Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate strategies. 
• Meet sales target and achieving overall profitability for the company. 
• Plan and oversees the daily sales operations in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures.
• Provide direction, guidance to the branch to ensure alignment with the Company’s strategies.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing or equivalent. 
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales related field and managerial roles.
• Experience in tyre industry and automotive background would be advantageous.
• Strong management and leadership skills with ability to guide and train a team to achieve sales target.
• Computer literate and able to make presentation to Management and Customers.
• Pleasant personality, self motivated, enthusiastic, good public relationship and business acumen.
