Job Description
- Monthly allowance from RM4,000 to RM9,000
- Plus sales commission, bonus and trips incentives
- Incentive trips every quarter to countries like Hawaii (USA), Munich (Germany), Zagreb (Croatia), Tokyo (Japan), Moscow (Russia) and Krabi (Thailand). All flights and accommodations are of 5 stars treatment and fully paid by the Company
- Overseas Trip(s) can be exchanged to CASH
- Incentive rewards: Latest Gadgets iPad or extra CASH
- Full Digital support and Job Training & Coaching will be provided by top Trainers
- RM1,000,000 Cash Contest Reward for candidates who achieved 5 times MDRT + 1 time COT
- Additional RM1,000,000 if promoted to District Manager within 10 years
- Guaranteed yearly bonus up to 16% of your achieved total sales production
- 3 times salary payout; every 8th, 22nd and 28th of the month
Job Requirements
- We need you to craft your most creative story-telling ever to promote insurance in the most simplest and creative way that touches heart
- You’re able to provide excellent services to the clients who trusted you with their money and financial & life planning
- Able to build good relationship with client by providing top notch services to the client
- You able to work in a young, vibrant culture and fun environment
- Own Diploma, Degree or above
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Looking for a person who has high determination
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience. However Fresh Graduates with Degree are welcome to apply
- Candidate who has experience in leading a team or part of managerial team is encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills either in English or Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in multiracial & multicultural environment
