About The Job

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters in the Asian region
  • We need someone who has passion for B2B business development and customer management. Researching the market for information, making phone calls to find sales leads, arranging meetings to present the company to potential clients.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in-person meetings
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements and maintain positive client relationships
  • Liaise between the customer and internal teams

Job Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting
  • Independent and outgoing personality
  • Good command of English
  • Willing to travel locally and internationally to visit clients as required
  • A technical background in IT solutions is definitely a plus!
  • Skilled in use of G Suite and related software
