Job Description
- Process communication backlogs for Sales Consultant during their off-shift timing
- Establish the first point of contact to respective prospects on behalf of Sales Consultant
- Respond and categories to all inbound chat-based queries
- Handle general hotline queries
- Log the communication in the system and create support tickets if support needed
- Two Shift will be applied (7am-3pm /1pm-9pm),Offdays will fall on 2 consecutive weekdays
- Office located near to Lembah Subang LRT Station (4 mins walking distance).
- Eligible to work remotely 2 days in a month.
