Job Description

• As our Finance Executive, you are key to ensuring that our company finances are constantly monitored and evaluated, and the most updated information can be given to the business leaders so that decisions with regards to the business or operations are made to constantly put our company in good financial health. 
• This role is also important to ensure that all regulatory compliances such as in the area of taxation are adhered to. 

Job Requirements

1. You have more than 3 years of experience taking charge of all matters related to AP, AR, GL and Taxation. 
2. You are an expert in ensuring that the “ins” and “outs” of financial resources are properly accounted for, reconciled, and reported every month in a timely and accurate manner. 
3. You are able to effectively coordinate with other departments and the internal stakeholders in getting the information and data you need to complete your tasks. 
4. You are also familiar with managing external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents and government authorities when needed with regards to taxation in Malaysia. 
5. You are also familiar with payroll requirements in Malaysia, and you have experience supporting HR in carrying out the monthly payroll process.
