Job Description

As an Implementation Consultant, you will work closely with the founders to help clients integrate our SAAS products into their daily processes. This will involve a blend of client management, training and technical management. The people you’ll be dealing with range from construction site supervisors to company directors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Project management for client implementations
Training client staff to use our online SAAS products
Arranging and overseeing migration of existing material information
Providing clients with ongoing support
Handling incoming technical queries and issues
Supporting pre and post sales activity as required
Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction

Job Requirements

We look at people and ability to learn, not paper qualifications. Ideally, you should be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in a consulting, training, tech or construction related field
Ability to get things done without supervision
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively
Focus on excellence
Good people & communication skills
A strong understanding of technology and how software works
