Job Description

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and administration to maximize the operation efficiency and effectiveness. 
• Drive daily warehouse issue solutions and transportation process been implemented correctly and timely. 
• Responsible for stock physical counts/ audit, reconciling with system record, material return, verification, etc.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. 
• Arrange warehouse, catalogue goods, plan routes and process shipments.
• Manage overall warehouse to be clean, tidy and all racks are labelled with correct stocks.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and stocks by implementing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Ensures that all health and safety requirements are met. 
• Maintain proper 5S and ISO practice in warehouse operations. Lead the development and improvement of warehouse internal process, policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 
• Implement FIFO approach in warehouse and plan space layout.
• Support warehouse annual budget preparation.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse and logistics workforce. Lead the annual performance management process to evaluate team member’s overall performance.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints. 
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. 
• Prepare monthly report for delivery (DIFOT), inventory (Stock Status, Stock Planning), Improvement Plan.
• Assist in any other ad-hoc duties from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma in Warehousing/ Logistics Management/ Supply Chain Management/ Business Management or equivalent.

• At Least 5 years of working experience in warehouse management.
• Knowledge with inventory control process and delivery process.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership qualities with planning, organizing and problem-solving ability.
• Independent, reliable and able to interact with individuals at all levels. Committed to meet deadlines and dedicated with positive attitude.
• Excellent in promoting teamwork and synergize the team towards achieving warehouse KPI.
• High level of work commitments.
• Data analytical skills to generate reports and statistics.
• Computer literate.
