Job Description
- You will be working closely with both the Team Lead (and clients) in delivering and supporting Microsoft Office365 deployments
- You will be tasked with leading customer conversations surrounding meeting room setups and conducting product demonstrations.
- To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
- Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the company’s benefit
Job Requirements
- Knowledge (and experience) in IT networks and connectivity requirements necessary
- Experience with Office 365 (E1, E3 or E5) will be an added advantage
- Technically skilled with a customer focused mind and excellent communication skills
- Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Ability to work independently and to be proactive
