Job Description

• Content marketing strategy, top-notch, compelling and valuable content.
• Create outstanding content to promote brand to Hong Kong/ China. This includes researching key industry trends, generating creative ideas, developing and executing content marketing campaigns in different formats (articles, infographics or interactive content)
• Build sustainable relations with local and international correspondents/ journalists/ editors/ producers/ social influencers.
• Collaborate with other teams to create and pitch content to publishers, resulting in a mutually beneficial relationship.
• Create content to generate traffic via Social Media, Direct (website), organic Baidu / Google (SEO), leads submission (landing page, contact form)
• Work hand-in-hand with SEO Specialist to achieve traffic growth
• Familiar with China trending APPs (e.g. 头条，抖音) and able to use them to great effect 
• Maintain content integrity on websites as well as monitor and analyse site performance such as traffic, conversions
• Work hand-in-hand with SEO specialist in identifying powerful keywords or phrases to drive the most valuable traffic
• Work hand-in-hand with SEO Specialist on analysing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
• Filling websites and other content with effective keywords
• Have an overarching plan on online content creation across multiple channels (e.g. websites, social media and news sites) to achieve successful campaign

Job Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese is a must
• Able to converse in basic English
• Prior working experience in related field is preferable
• A dual-minded approach: highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process driven and comfortable playing with date
• Getting things done and hustling attitude – you never find excuses and won’t stop until you get your job done at the end of the day
• Have basic/advance SEO skills, content which rank in Baidu and Google site
• Have knowledge and experience of WordPress, Google Analytics, Baidu Analytics, AdWords Search is an added advantage
• Online content strategies that cover multiple channels (eg. Websites, social media and news sites) to achieve a successful campaign
