Job Description

• Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
• General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments .
• Attending incoming calls, faxes, and office emails. Maintain filing and proper documentation.
• Respond to customer queries, both phone and email.
• Prepare, send and follow up on invoices.
• Generate monthly sales report analysis.
• Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets.
• Adhere to the company's or organisation's financial policies and procedures.
• Any other duties may be deemed appropriate to this role that assigned by superior .
• Play board games, drink coffee and nap with us ^^

Job Requirements

• You need to be bubbly, cheerful, friendly and chatty or at least can stand your colleagues talking to your 24/7 next to you.
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/HR/Account/Management.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge in other language is a plus!
• Computer literate in Microsoft Applications.
• Able to work independently.
• Initiative, proactive and committed with a good working attitude.
• Able to anticipate immediate requirements and deliver assignments on time.
