About The Job

  • Be fun, be quirky, be cheerful, be creative! Be the first responder to event enquiries!
  • To plan, conceptualise, manage and execute event in a timely manner according to clients requirement and budget.
  • Proactively manage campaigns and maintain good relationships with existing clients and new clients
  • To liaise/manage event contractors to ensure quality of work and professionalism at all times
  • To manage and build strong relationship with current existing clients and future new clients.
  • Constantly on the look out for new business opportunity to help generate more event leads for the company.
  • To perform ad hoc tasks as and when requested by the management.
  • Candidate is responsible and required to facilitate venue tours with the client.
  • To eat up all the cookies in the pantry!

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies, Marketing, Event Management or Pre-U or equivalent. 
  • Minimum two (2) years of working experience in event and marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work on weekend for our awesome events (if required)
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Fun and outgoing (cause we love to bug our colleagues during work)
  • Huge group of followers on Instagram or Facebook would be a plus!
  • Be adaptable, flexible, persistent and proactive.Candidate must be able to work independently 
  • Confident, able to multi task, positive work attitudes with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneur mindset- looks for and tries different way to get things done if things goes haywire.
  • Tenacious- never give up in getting things done while having fun doing it!
  • Can-do attitude- you simply have that burning desire to learn new things to improve yourself not just simply doing work.
