Job Description
- Major focus on stocks management, overseeing arrival of shipment to ensure stocks received tally with invoices.
- Provide support to sales department, maintain accurate and updated records of periodic orders;
- Highlight slow moving or obsolete stocks to sales team for further action.
- Co-ordinate with sales team by managing schedule, filing important documents and communicating relevant information;
- Update data into system and other admin support.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned or needed by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM Level or above.
- Proficient in excel and MS office.
- Conversant with English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive personality and good initiative in solution findings.
- Good team player and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
