About The Job
- Closely monitor frontlines staff development to ensure coherence with brand standard;
- Identify frontlines staff weakness and carry out remedial training and 1-to 1 caching for improvement.
- Analysing sales data and develop action plan for frontlines staff to increase productivity and performance.
- Liaise with area sales managers to determine their training needs and generate suitable training activities.
- Conduct soft skills training – Customer Service, Selling Skills Training and Coaching to enhance business performance of the organisation.
- Support launches and external collaborations by conducting workshops and case studies whenever necessary.
- Develop training modules, training schedule, assessment modules.
- Coordinate and enhance training summary report for Management review.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advances/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in any field.
- Experience in B2B, sales, account management is an advantage.
- Proficient in excel and MS office.
- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin (compulsory) and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive personality, strong communication skills and presentation skill.
- Self-motivation and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good attitude & team player.
- Must possess own transportation and willing to travel frequently.
