Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Master Maintenance (create, delete and update)
- Supplier Master Maintenance (create, delete and update)
- Users ID Maintenance (create, delete and update)
- Hardware & Network Maintenance (liaise with related parties)
- Upkeep of Equipments (such as Weighing scale machine, barcode printer, printers)
- Stock management of stationeries (such as Barcode label, weighing scale label & price label)
- Timely Database Back-up (to external device)
- Attend to ad-hoc matters (such as system breakdown even on weekends and holiday)
- Documents processing for outlets such as Receiving/ Returns/ Transfer & etc
- Month end processing
- Daily sales update
- Monthly reporting
- Stock take preparation & to be at site to supervise and random check (represent HQ) Monthly/ mid-year / end of year
- Liaise with purchasing, stock control ,accounts department and outlets
- Support & train system users
- Implementing new policy and procedures set by the Company
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or Accounting major
- Able to read Chinese
- Minimum 2 years experiences in related industries
- Possess own transport
