Job Description
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the growth of the brand in terms of sales, awareness, and visibility
- Manage the regional marketing budget
- Understand and optimize the digital marketing channels and spend
- Own the implementation of marketing campaigns from start to finish
- Manage existing marketing, agency partners and vendors
- Conceptualize, organize and launch marketing activities and campaigns online and offline
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- 6 - 8 years of work experience
- Preferred industry experience in ecommerce, start-up of any kinds, lifestyle brands and FMCG
- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels engaging, educating, and motivating marketing campaigns.
- Numerically literate; can understand and interpret metrics, process figures, interpret and process spreadsheets, comfortably manipulate numbers
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Expert status in SEO, SEM, and Facebook Ads campaigns and ability to utilize these
- Proficiency in Office Suite, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and web analytics.
- Excellent ability in verbal and written English; Bahasa/Chinese would be beneficial
- Passionate about building great brands and exceptional products
- Experience in leading a team
- High energy with a knack for execution
