Customer Service Representative Responsibilities
  • Advance customer service experience, create engaged clients and promote organic growth
  • Take ownership of customers' issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Generating sales leads that develop into new customer
  • Monitor all customer service channels such as email, social media, WhatsApp & phone
  • Perfect service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Requirements
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience
  • Some proven working experience as a customer service representative
  • Expertise in providing customer service support
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Recognition of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Capacity to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing, sales and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Experience with e-commerce business is good to have
